We make a cayenne pepper bacon and peanutbutter truffle and a chocolate bacon truffle that have been well received. Other popular flavor combinations have been Raspberry Cayenne Caramel, Raspberry Chambord Chocolate Mousse, Bailey’s irish Snowball, Aztec (a chocolate ganache with cayenne, cinnamon and orange), Mexican Hot Chocolate (Cayenne, cinnamon and almond), Mango, Pomegranate and Orange and our Love Shack truffle (Bailey’s, Grand Marnier and Kahlua).

Hey! I’ve got to try your recipe out for bacon truffles. My brother has requested it for Christmas. However, I’m tempted to make it an elvis truffle…so add peanut butter to the chocolate and some kinda bannana liquor. what do you think?
