I've seen this referred to as The King's Dessert. This South Korean street vendor gives us an entertaining demo of  how he makes 16,000 strands of hair-thin honey in moments. He makes it look easy. I imagine it would take time to master, but in principle it shouldn't be too tough, it's like making noodles, only smaller. I might just have to go throw some honey in the freezer and give this a try.
